Ayurva Spices currently ships to all locations within India. We are working to expand our shipping coverage to international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

• Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day
• Weekend orders are processed on the next business day
• Custom spice blends may require additional processing time

Shipping Options

Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on orders above ₹500
• ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹500
• Express shipping: ₹99 flat rate regardless of order value
• Bulk orders (above ₹5000) qualify for free express shipping

Packaging

All our spices are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and prevent contamination:

• Food-grade, airtight containers for whole spices
• Vacuum-sealed pouches for ground spices
• Eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible
• Secure outer packaging to prevent damage during transit

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package status on our website or directly with the courier service.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery:

• Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
• Provide your order number and tracking details
• We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly
• Replacement or refund will be provided for damaged/lost packages
